How to Deposit
- Log in and tap Deposit in the bottom menu.
- Choose your payment method.
- Enter an amount of RM10 or more and select a promotion if you want one (e.g. the 365% welcome bonus).
- Complete the payment and keep your receipt until the credit appears.
How to Withdraw
- Make sure any bonus or free credit turnover is completed.
- Tap Withdraw and enter an amount of RM30 or more.
- Confirm your bank or Touch 'n Go details (must be in your own name).
- Submit — withdrawals are usually processed in about 3 minutes.
Why a Withdrawal Might Take Longer
- Turnover on a bonus or free credit is not yet complete.
- The receiving account name doesn't match your registered name.
- Your bank is under maintenance — common late at night.
